RGNext employees execute and report on theater and strategic offensive and defensive ballistic missile testing and support space situational awareness operations and experiments, using a wide array of highly sophisticated radar, telemetry and optical sensors to meet the needs of the Department of Defense in defending the United States and its interests. Our team delivers invaluable defensive support to our nation, efficiency and essential national space awareness expertise to ensure our nation’s safety.


This position is located at the RTS Operations Center in Huntsville, Alabama.

What You Will Do:
  • Responsible to work, assign and coordinate various cost estimates to include providing direction, tracking progress, engaging stakeholders to generate basis of estimates and ensuring final deliverables comply with all requirements as specified in the Technical Directive.
  • Support Reagan Test Site Engineering and Technical Services contract (RETS) with the U. S. Army in Huntsville, Alabama.
  • Work with the Project Management Office (PMO), Mission Test Directors, the customer and other support functions to generate cost estimates.
  • Work with others to develop and refine processes, establish priorities and ensures adherence to deadlines.
  • Responsible for the development, analysis and completion of cost estimates.
  • Work with other functions from across the company to understand and evaluate the labor, material and other direct costs associated with Technical Directives.
  • Assist in the development of Basis of Estimates to include tracking progress, validating and analyzing actuals, ensuring consistency across the program, and confirming the estimating approach is sound.
  • Ensure proposals comply with all FAR and internal requirements.
  • Interface and coordinate with all levels of management within the program.
  • Perform detailed and complex analysis of inputs to ensure soundness in our estimates.
  • Assist in training and supporting other estimators including but not limited to basic FAR requirements and proposal process.
  • Provide routine and ad-hoc reporting on project status to meet the needs to the PMO and Mission Test Directors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills Needed:
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organization and analytical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work well in teams, with peers and management.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meeting deadlines in a schedule driven environment.
  • Effective planning and scheduling skills that lead to the completion of proposal efforts in accordance with customer and company requirements.
Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Eight (8) or more years of Finance experience.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance which requires U.S. citizenship.
  • The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport for periodic travel to Kwajalein Atoll.
