This ad is for an EXPERIENCED Service Advisor / Estimator ONLY and is not an entry level position.

We have 61 locations in the following counties in Northern California: Alameda, Butte, Contra Costa, Fresno, Marin, Mendocino, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Joaquin, Santa Clara, Shasta, Stanislaus, Solano, Sonoma and Yuba with plans to expand even more in 2026.

Benefits of joining our team as an Experienced Auto Body Estimator:
  • Competitive Compensation: $85,000 - 120,000 expected annual compensation (22 to 30 per hour plus eligibility for commission incentives expected to range from 3000 to 5000 per month).
  • We pay our commissions weekly!

  • Hours - Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm with a 30 minute lunch

Qualified Auto Body Estimators will possess the following:
  • A minimum of 1 year estimating in an auto body shop required
  • Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs
  • Working with direct repair programs, DRP is preferred
  • Excellent customer service/sales background
  • Ability to multitask, manage several jobs at once
  • Attention to detail/Quick learner/Positive can do attitude
