Posting Salary Range: $41,496 - $52,700

Office Location: Must reside within North Carolina and will be required to report weekly to the Greenville, NC or Wilson, NC office.

What We’re Looking For


Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for an Administrative Assistant II to join our team! The Administrative Assistant II supports departmental operations through advanced administrative coordination, reporting, and operational support activities. The role supports and maintains workflows, prepares reports and materials, supports audits, and coordinates meetings and communications to support timely completion of departmental priorities and deliverables. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive as part of a team. They possess strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate excellent time management and organizational abilities, are comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and are proficient with technology and a variety of digital tools.


On a typical day, you might:


  • Provides administrative support for departmental activities, projects and assignments.
  • Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, trainings, and events.
  • Track departmental deliverables, deadlines, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain and validate data using technology tools, systems, and tracking resources to support reporting accuracy and administrative processes.
