Wage Range: $20.00-$24.00 Depending on Experience, Sign On Bonus $4k paid over the first year.

Major Duties and Responsibilities: (Not a complete list)

  • Provides supportive services to nurse(s), RCC, Executive Director, and caregivers as needed/requested and performs duties as assigned.
  • Assist nurse with oversite of the insulin delegation schedule. ย 
  • Assist nurse with the monthly weights and vitals clinic as needed.ย 
  • Assists other med techs with medication administration and processing of paperwork and orders daily to ensure completion and quality.
  • Assist RCCโ€™s with Medication Room audits as requested.ย 
  • Assist nurse and RCCโ€™s to ensure all Incident reports are completed correctly and provide continued training on filling out incident reports to the med techs.ย 
  • Oversite of Cycle Fill from all pharmacies. Ensure cycle review is completed on time and faxed back to the pharmacy by the deadline, each month.
  • Provide support for other med techs when they are completing their cycle review.ย 
  • Oversees the organization and cleanliness of the medication room in addition to ensuring that all medications are placed in the proper location and stored correctly.
  • Regular and Predictable Attendance.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1year of medication administration experience
  • Demonstrated ability to take basic vital signs
  • Proficiency in navigating electronic MAR systems
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
