The Assistant Team Operations Manager will support the sales team in attaining targets; in this respect, this position has to execute client custom orders, new orders and changes. Sometimes, he/she might be responsible for handling complex issues regarding complaints of sold products.

An Assistant Team Operations Manager must communicate with the sales team, to coordinate and respond to all requests and provide an efficient work environment. He/she has to communicate sales and orders to the other departments and must maintain a high degree of accuracy.

  • Strong communication skills, to be persuasive and polite at the same time
  • A very hard-working person, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to build a strong relationship with the sales department
  • Must be flexible, preserve confidentiality and be able to work in a team as well as alone

An Assistant Team Operations Manager has to control all types of issues related to sales. He/she is a kind of lawyer between the Team Operations Manager and the sales people and manufacturing. Although it seems that the asst. team ops manager plays only a supportive role, this position is very important for the company, as he/she has to fulfill many tasks.

Requirements
  • 3 - 5 years experience in sales support role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Marketing (or in any business related to the job
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word and Outlook) and able to quickly learn proprietary systems
