In this role, trainees learn about software development, system maintenance, and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior engineers. The position is designed to provide hands-on experience with various technologies and tools used in the company, allowing trainees to develop technical and problem-solving skills. After successfully completing the training period, they may be promoted to higher roles such as System Engineer or Software Developer.
