Position Summary

The IT Enterprise Administrator provides administration, support, configuration, and optimization for enterprise software platforms used across SMC's operations.

This role works closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and end users to ensure enterprise systems remain available, secure, efficient, and aligned with business needs.

The position supports platform implementations, integrations, automation, system enhancements, and ongoing operational excellence.

combiningย platform administration, workflow automation, configuration, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Platform Administration
