Earn competitive pay, with our stylists making anywhere from $25 to $38 per hour! To join a Great Clips salon team as an Assistant Salon Manager, you'll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
• A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
• Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
• Organization, flexibility, and the desire to help keep the salon running smoothly
