Be fit. Change lives. Have fun! Orangetheory Fitness is a trendsetting franchise fitness organization with over 1,000 locations open around the world. We are currently seeking a qualified Assistant Studio Manager in our Forest Ave. location.
Job Description
The Assistant Studio Manager assists the Studio Manager in all studio operations. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, customer service skills and proven sales experience.
The Orange Ambassador is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including package offerings, memberships, membership renewals, retail and maximizing workout traffic.
The ideal candidate will be expected to work closely with the Studio Manager to ensure optimal studio performance including:
*Coach and Train Sales Associates
*Maintain an effective referral program
*Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems
*Conduct telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls
*Lead OTF studio previews with prospect and/or fitness program holders
*Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the OTF studio
*Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist( pre/during/post ) shift activities
*Participate in 2 OTF scheduled workouts per week
*Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area
*Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
*Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients
*Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
*Proper on-boarding all OTF clients through the use of Client Intake Forms and FP Agreements
*Work closely with Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled.
*Attending and participate in all relative OTF training programs
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent customer service skills. Minimum 2 years experience in sales required. Solid verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to multi-task is a benefit to successfully performed duties. Must have worked in a quota bearing structure. Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred. High school diploma required. Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills. Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed.
