Job description

The Studio Assistant is an important member of our team at LUX BOX. While your primary responsibilities are outlined below, please note that, as a small and dynamic business, our team members often wear multiple hats. From time to time, you may be asked to assist with tasks outside your core duties to support the needs of the business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assembly & Production

  • Lead hands-on gift assembly, packaging, and product preparation as a core daily duty
  • Assist with high-volume production builds while maintaining exceptional quality standards and attention to detail
  • Support custom ribboning, tagging, and finishing touches across all curated gift lines

Inventory Management & Studio Logistics

  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, inspecting, and organizing incoming products and raw materials
  • Maintain precise inventory counts and assist with ongoing stock tracking
  • Maintain shipping operations, including packing boxes, generating labels, and prepping outgoing shipments
  • Process returns, log shipping claims, and troubleshoot carrier logistical issues

Errands & Studio Support

  • Run local studio errands as needed (valid driverโ€™s license and clean driving record required)
  • Keep the studio well-stocked, organized, and clean
  • Provide day-to-day support to lead designers and the creative team during photo shoots, media events, and busy seasonal spikes
