The Opportunity

We're hiring an Assistant Studio Manager for our Yorkville studio with a clear path to Studio Manager. This is a leadership-track role for someone who wants to run a business, lead a team, and drive revenue and performance. This is not a support role.

What You'll Own

Sales & Revenue: Drive memberships, class packs, and revenue growth. Execute consults, tours, and follow-ups. Track and act on KPIs: conversion, retention, attendance.

Studio Experience & Brand Execution: Deliver a high-energy, premium boxing experience. Ensure every class feels full, electric, and engaging.

Team Leadership: Lead front desk and trainers with clarity and standards. Support hiring, onboarding, and training. Hold the team accountable to results.

Operations & Business Management: Run a tight, efficient operation. Manage labor scheduling and cost control. Execute marketing campaigns and in-studio activations.

Core Skill Sets We're Hiring For

Business, Sales & Operator Mindset: Sales-driven and results-oriented. Understands KPIs, targets, and accountability. Experience in performance-driven environments (retail, hospitality, fitness).

Energy, Presence & Lifestyle Alignment: Naturally high-energy and engaging. Strong ability to command a room and create momentum. Passion for fitness, training, and performance.

Boxing or group fitness experience is a strong asset.
