What You'll Do


Coaching & Client Results: Deliver safe, effective, and engaging personal training sessions. Coach strength, conditioning, and bootcamp-style programming. Modify workouts for all fitness levels and injuries. Track client progress and adjust programming as needed.


Sales & Client Development: Build and maintain a personal training client base. Conduct fitness consultations and assessments. Support PT sales conversations and follow-ups.

What We're Looking For


Certified Personal Trainer (AFLCA, CanFitPro, NASM, or equivalent). CPR/First Aid certified. Experience coaching strength & conditioning and/or bootcamp-style training is an asset. Confident communicator with strong people skills and sales confidence. Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and non-traditional hours.


Strength & conditioning or bootcamp coaching experience is a strong asset.


Physical & Work Requirement


Ability to demonstrate strength training movements, running, jumping, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Fast-paced studio environment with high interaction with members and staff.


Compensation


$30-$70/hour depending on experience and client base, plus unlimited Rumble classes and retail/PT discounts. Contract position with growth potential.
