Job description

Redline Athletics is seeking to hire talented sports performance coaches within the strength and conditioning field part time. Work Monday through Friday evenings starting at 4 p.m. plus two hours on Saturdays. You must have a strong background in sports and understand how to implement programs associated with speed, agility, strength and conditioning. We are looking for a coach who has a passion for helping others accomplish their goals and acquiring new ones. You will receive a bonus for new members who sign up.

One on one training opportunities for additional income.

Must have a positive, energetic, likable and motivational attitude.

Your responsibilities include:

Instructing, motivating and assisting clients to achieve their goals.

Conducting on-site physical evaluations

Update training plans and re-evaluate clients.

Maintaining communication with athletes and parents to ensure goals are being set and accomplished.
