Job Summary:
The Spa Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the spa and wellness areas, ensuring a luxurious and relaxing environment for guests. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to upholding high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, locker rooms, showers, steam rooms, and common areas.
  • Restock towels, linens, amenities, and other supplies in designated spa areas.
  • Ensure all spa equipment and furniture are well-maintained and in pristine condition.
  • Remove used linens and towels promptly and transport them to the appropriate laundry area.
  • Empty trash and dispose of waste in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Report any maintenance issues, broken equipment, or safety hazards to management.
  • Assist with laundry duties related to spa linens and robes as needed.
  • Provide friendly and professional service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Assist spa therapists and other team members with cleaning and resetting treatment rooms.
  • Ensure compliance with resort policies, safety procedures, and spa-specific protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Previous housekeeping or spa experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
