Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and medical histories for patients to formulate accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure integrated healthcare delivery.

• Perform physical examinations, order, and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop tailored treatment plans addressing each patient’s unique needs.

• Administer vaccinations and medications while also guiding patients on preventive health practices and lifestyle alterations.

• Monitor and manage chronic health conditions, coordinating referrals to specialists whenever necessary.

• Ensure prompt and precise documentation of all patient interactions using the EPIC EMR system, thereby enhancing continuity of care.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at elevating patient care standards and staying abreast of the latest advancements in medicine.

• Maintain a focus on preventive health measures to foster patient wellness and improve overall quality of life.

• Deliver compassionate care and develop strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families, fostering a warm healthcare environment.

• Adhere to all medical ethics, legal standards, and patient confidentiality protocols in your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.

• Current PA Certification and valid state license required.

• A minimum of two years of experience as a practicing Physician Assistant in a family medicine setting.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies is required.

• Demonstrated active listening, critical thinking, effective communication, time management, and decision-making skills are essential for success in this role.

Preferred Experience

• A Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies is highly preferred.

• Additional experience in family practice or primary care settings will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 140,000 to 180,000, commensurate with experience.
