The IT Implementation Analyst - Teller UX drives pre-implementation readiness, migration planning, configuration discovery, and process automation for Teller UX client deployments. This role combines business analysis, banking operations knowledge, source teller platform analysis, and AI-enabled tooling to reduce implementation effort, improve deployment quality, and accelerate client onboarding.
Lead implementation readiness assessments, discovery sessions, and pre-implementation planning. Document current-state and future-state teller processes, checklists, playbooks, SOPs, and migration workbooks. Analyze source teller platforms such as DNA Teller, ClearTouch Teller, Integrated Teller, and other legacy teller solutions. Identify FI-level, branch-level, operational, security, regulatory, and transaction parameterization requirements. Define migration strategy for roles, users, security permissions, drawers, vaults, branch structures, devices, and transaction setup data. Develop configuration blueprints, rule-mapping templates, and setup recommendations for Teller UX. Conceptualize migration and implementation utilities that reduce manual work, clutter, rework, and implementation cycle time. Use AI to generate reusable templates, implementation artifacts, test scenarios, training materials, and migration mappings. Partner with Product, Engineering, Implementation, Operations, and client teams to standardize and streamline client onboarding.
