Location: Pala, CA
Responsible for assisting the Slot Club Manager in building a highly motivated club card staff dedicated to giving exemplary guest service. Assist in casino promotions and special events functions.
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing.
  • Excellent guest service and people skills.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and guests.
  • Knowledge of personal computer, typing, organizational skills, read, write and speak English.
  • Ability to use electronic equipment including adding machine and telephone.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and direct staff of slot club attendants.
  • Must have extremely outgoing and caring personality.
  • Excellent arithmetic skills.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Analyze club reports for duplicate names.
  • Work with manager to formulate training programs.
  • Ensure all slot club team members are competent in interacting with guests as they use casino services.
  • Implement promotions that require interaction with guests in terms of drawings, tournaments and other casino promotions.
  • Ensure that all guest service inquiries and complaints are properly addressed.
  • Ensure that all guests are greeted, identified and tracked.
  • Maintains guest files which include personal data, play and visit history.
  • Oversee programs to issue complimentaries to all qualified guests.
  • Understand new promotions the company has to offer its guest and readily provide this information to both team members in training and the guests.
  • Ensuring that each new team member receives complete new hire orientation, both company and departmental, within five days of being hired. Monitoring new team members for the time period established by the department, insuring the new team member is fully trained before he/she is released to perform the job assigned.
  • Being proficient and accurate in all job duties, and working to improve your team's job knowledge and performance.
  • Remain proficient on the computer capabilities in order to maximize report and spreadsheet usage.
  • Relating ideas for improvements, as well as soliciting team member input, both inside and outside the department.
  • Ensure team members are trained on club card system.
  • Ensure all team members understand the provisions of the open door policy and their right to use it.
  • Inventory supplies and update Slot Club Manager when supplies need to be ordered.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
