Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Full-Time
Oak View at Autumn Lake
Silver Spring, MD
$37-$41/hour
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team within a skilled nursing facility. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with residents recovering from surgery, illness, injury, and mobility decline in a supportive clinical environment.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of the Physical Therapist
  • Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, transfer training, balance activities, and ambulation programs
  • Monitor resident response during treatment sessions and communicate updates to the supervising PT
  • Encourage participation and support residents in reaching functional goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
