  • You value presentation, accuracy, and consistency across every client and customer touchpoint

  • You’re motivated by growth, results, and the day-to-day discipline that supports both

  • You enjoy building something successful and evolving it over time, not simply maintaining what exists

  • Curate personalized product recommendations based on customer style and needs

  • Create aspirational visual merchandising and maintain impeccable store presentation

  • Process transactions with attention to detail and elevated presentation

  • Host and support in-store events, trunk shows, and private shopping appointments

  • Shopify & E-Commerce Management

Back-End Operations

  • Manage all Shopify product listings, including titles, descriptions, pricing, SKUs, variants, and inventory

  • Build and maintain organized product collections aligned with seasonal edits, launches, and merchandising plans

  • Upload, organize, and optimize product imagery for consistency, quality, and performance

  • Receive inventory and maintain accurate inventory tracking across in-store and online sales channels

  • Process online orders, shipping, exchanges, and returns with care and precision

  • Coordinate product updates, restocks, and availability with vendors and internal team

  • Ensure site content is current, polished, and error-free

Front-End Online Experience

  • Maintain an elevated, on-brand online shopping experience that reflects the KED at Home aesthetic

  • Write and refine product descriptions that highlight craftsmanship, materials, and design intent

  • Assist with homepage, collection, and featured product updates within the Shopify theme

  • Provide thoughtful, professional responses to online inquiries via email, chat, and social channels

  • Deliver an online experience that mirrors the warmth and personalization of the store

Shopify Growth, Operations & Performance

This role plays an active part in the growth of KED at Home’s e-commerce business. You’ll be expected to learn Shopify if you do not have a good understanding already, understand performance, and help guide smart, creative decisions. Training will be provided.

  • Take ownership of Shopify as a revenue-generating channel

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rate, average order value, best sellers, and inventory movement

  • Identify opportunities to improve product presentation, collections, merchandising, and site flow

  • Track what’s selling, what’s slow, and why and share insights in monthly meetings.

  • Support operational improvements related to inventory accuracy, fulfillment, and customer experience

  • Assist in planning and executing product launches, drops, and promotional moments

  • Help test and refine ideas that improve performance (bundles, featured collections, storytelling)

Assist with Marketing & Brand Engagement

This role supports the visibility and growth of KED at Home through thoughtful marketing and community engagement working closely with marketing for alignment and approval.

  • Assist in creating and managing social media content for KED at Home across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest

  • Support email marketing initiatives, including product features, events, and seasonal highlights

  • Identify opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, and local networking

Events, Networking & Community

  • Assist with planning and executing in-store events, pop-ups, and trunk shows

  • Support private shopping appointments and client-focused experiences

  • Help coordinate event logistics, catering, promotion, and follow-up

  • Contribute to achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals across in-store and online channels

  • Build and maintain a detailed client book
