  • Work with the design constraint and trade-off to be considered in industry.
  • Best in-class package designs / measurements instruments / high-speed interface while considering the industry's requirements above.

What We're Looking For

  • Student in Master or Ph.D preferred degree program

You must have existing understanding of at least one of the following:

  • Semiconductor packaging/integration technology such as signal/power integrity, mechanical and assembly process.

The best candidate will also be familiar with:

  • Lab measurements using VNA and calibration kit.
  • Using Python for tests script.
  • Cadence tools such as APD or PCB Editor
  • Presenting the data and ideas to a diverse audience.

Expected Base Pay Range (CAD)

32 - 43, $ per hour.
