Job Summary/Basic Function
Chosen applicant will assist faculty and staff with office duties including: copying, data entry, filing, preparing class handouts, maintaining accurate and organized records, mail distribution, and document scanning, and at times, also acting as a receptionist for the School of Computing Department. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
**This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time, the pool will expire and applicants will be notified.
Required Qualifications
Qualified candidate must be currently enrolled as a student at Weber State University.
MS Word, Excel, electronic data & document storage, filing and organizational skills. Answer, and fielding phone calls.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual/Spanish speaking
