Job description

At High Fashion Home, we offer our customers the freedom to choose from a large selection of high style and high design products that cater to their intelligence, creativity, and individuality without compromising great quality and value. Our Sales Associates do not work on commission. Our team only serves as a guide to help our customers find products that evoke true passion.

The position will be a fast pace and highly collaborative environment. We want people who will bring tremendous passion and enthusiasm to our team. We are looking for part-time or full-time help that can work weekends in our Houston store. High Fashion Home requires proof of vaccination against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers in person and on the phone
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our online catalog in order help our customers find the right product that will reflect their unique style and personality
  • Provide customer updates to existing orders
  • Maintain a positive, friendly, and helpful demeanor with every customer interaction
  • Assist the merchandising team with maintaining the products on the floor to ensure an amazing presentation to our customers

Experience

  • Previous sales experience is a plus
