The Staten Island Workforce1 Career Center is partnering with The Children’s Place to find qualified candidates for Sales Associates in Staten Island, New York. The Children’s Place is a leading children’s specialty apparel retailer offering clothing, accessories, and products for infants, toddlers, and children. The company focuses on providing quality merchandise, value, and a positive shopping experience while supporting strong customer service, sales, and daily store operations.


The Sales Associate assists customers with product selection and questions while providing excellent customer service. The role processes purchases at the cash register, promotes store sales, promotions, and programs, and supports daily sales goals. Sales Associates also replenish and organize merchandise, maintain product displays, and keep the sales floor and stockroom clean and organized. The position supports inventory activities and follows company safety and loss-prevention procedures.

This position is located in Staten Island, New York.
