Tipton & Hurst is a third-generation family-owned florist and specialty home & gift retailer headquartered in Little Rock, AR, with five retail locations in the greater Central Arkansas area and our newest location in Rogers. Since 1886, Tipton & Hurst has been constantly evolving, innovating, and raising our own expectations, all with the goal of satisfying yours. We work to make sure that every plant, every flower, every gift, and every interaction meets the Tipton & Hurst standard of excellence.

Tipton & Hurst is seeking a highly motivated and energetic full-time retail sales associate at our Heights location. As a sales associate you will spend time developing customer relationships and assisting customers with their floral orders or suggesting gift merchandise for a special occasion.

Responsibilities

Answer phone calls and assist with walk-in customers seeking our expertise for various circumstances, ensuring that Tipton Hurst standard of expectations is met.

Curate personalized gift options for customers based on needs. This may include putting gift baskets or bags together, dressing plants with requested containers or accessories, or helping with basic design needs, as necessary.

Assist in maintaining a clean, orderly, and visually appealing shop.
