Service Advisor Assistant

NIRVC has a Service Advisor Assistant position. We are a long-term debt free company, very financially stable company, with long time employees who are all considered part of the NIRVC family. We are growing and have plenty of repeat customers who consider us lifelong partners in their love of RVs.

Required and Desired experience:

  • Must be able to communicate clearly with customers, in person, over the phone and by email
  • Must be able to maintain composure and professionalism in a high tempo environment
  • A background in customer service with experience in RV and/or Automotive repair is preferred
  • Knowledge of Warranty, Extended Warranty, and Insurance claims processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with System 2K or other Repair Order Systems is a plus
  • This is developmental position that will require both OJT and On-Line Training
  • Drug free - must pass a drug test
  • Legally able to work in the USA – we are an E-Verify employer
