Welcome to Love’s!

At Love’s, an RV Maintenance Attendant helps keep our RV park clean, safe, and guest-ready. This role includes light maintenance tasks, restroom and site upkeep, and responding to basic repair needs around the property. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and can tackle a variety of hands-on tasks with a positive attitude!

 

Job Functions: 

  • Perform light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, trash pickup, and general site upkeep.
  • Clean and restock restrooms, showers, and common areas to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Inspect RV sites and park grounds regularly for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance needs.
  • Report major maintenance issues to the supervisor and assist with basic troubleshooting.
  • Support the park operations by setting up or closing down RV sites as needed.

 

Skills and Demands:

  • Previous experience in general maintenance, janitorial work, or outdoor labor preferred.
  • Ability to perform basic repairs and use hand tools safely and effectively.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping areas clean and well-maintained.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to navigate various computer programs, systems, and technology tools as part of daily operations.
  • Must be able to talk, hear, move around, lift up to 50 pounds, and see clearly to perform job duties.
