Job Summary
Ulrich Lifestyle Structures is seeking a skilled and dependable Warranty Service Tech to support our post-production service operations. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining company-built structures including sheds, garages, barns, and playhouses. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to assigned service work orders for repairs on sheds, garages, and other structures
• Perform a variety of repairs including carpentry, roofing, painting, and minor electrical work
• Evaluate issues in the field and determine effective repair solutions
• Assist with product deliveries when needed
• Support upkeep and maintenance of sales lots, including display units and store repairs
• Communicate directly with customers to address concerns in a timely, professional manner
• Deliver a consistent 5-star customer service experience
• Follow and uphold company construction standards and quality expectations
Qualifications
• General knowledge of residential construction and repair techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without direct supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and remain accountable
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools
• Valid Virginia driver's license with a clean driving record
Physical Requirements:

Experience & Education
