What You'll Do

  • Oversee and participate in daily commercial roofing installation activities on assigned job sites.

  • Manage labor, materials, and project schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Supervise, train, and support roofing crew members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

  • Conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.

  • Monitor work progress, address on-site issues, and implement solutions to minimize delays or rework.

  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, vendors, and suppliers to facilitate effective communication and material coordination.

  • Maintain accurate records of job progress, material usage, and employee hours, and report regularly to the Project Manager.

  • Assist with budget tracking and project cost management to align with financial goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.

  • Proficiency in commercial roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen.

  • Strong leadership, team management, and hands-on technical skills.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred; additional roofing or construction certifications are a plus.

  • Ability to work at heights, in various weather conditions, and perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
