Job description

District 145 is seeking applicants for a substitute Health Assistant - Registired Nurse.  The position would include administring medication, treating injuries and illnesses, while overseeing individualzed health plans.  Responsibilites may also include supporting students with the use of the restroom and other duties as assigned.  
The substitute Health Assistant - Registered Nurse position would be 'as needed' and would assum the duties of the regularly scheduled school nurse.  
Hourly Rate of Pay: Health Assistant $15.23 per hour
                                Registered Nurse $27.55 per hour
