  • Assist residents and guests with meals and support a healthy, comfortable dining experience.
  • Observe and report changes in physical condition, behavior, or needs to the Nurse Manager or nurse.
  • Complete and record blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight according to facility policy or direction.

  • Ensure care plan interventions are in place throughout each shift.
  • Use the INTERACT program, including STOP and WATCH, as appropriate.
  • Wear and use a gait belt according to each resident's or guest's care plan.
  • Transport residents and guests using wheelchairs or assist with ambulation according to care plans.
  • Build positive, respectful relationships with residents, guests, families, nurses, and team members.
What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and ready to provide hands-on care in a senior care environment.

The right candidate will be patient, observant, team-focused, and committed to helping residents and guests feel safe, respected, and cared for.

  • Comfort using technology and care resources efficiently and effectively.
Education & Credentials
  • Completion of Nursing Assistant coursework required.
