The Epic EHR Trainer ensures efficient and effective use of organizational technology through structured training and support. This role develops and delivers training for Microsoft 365 and the Epic EHR suite, supports onboarding and upgrades, and collaborates with leadership to optimize workflows. The trainer champions strategic technology use to improve healthcare delivery and outcomes.
