Job description
We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Remote Support Specialist to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you'll assist customers by answering questions, providing support, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey. You'll work with clients in the travel and hospitality industry while helping deliver exceptional service in a fully remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online communication platforms
- Provide timely, professional, and accurate customer support
- Assist customers with service requests and travel-related questions
- Research information and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
