Job Opportunity: Inside Sales Representative
Our organization, a prominent national surgical physician group specializing in wound care, ostomy care, and minor skincare for nursing homes, is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to become part of our dynamic team!
The Inside Sales Representative will directly report to the Vice President of Partnerships & Development. This role involves cultivating relationships over the phone by reaching out to nursing home accounts and managing customer service interactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new sales opportunities through follow-ups on inbound leads and proactive outbound calls and emails.
- Conduct research on accounts, pinpoint key decision-makers, and generate interest.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships via telephone communication.
- Maintain and grow your database of potential clients.
- Develop leads and structure sales deals effectively.
- Anticipate the needs of the VP and provide high-level executive administrative support.
- Assist with various projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales or telemarketing is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational abilities.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and a confident phone presence.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Compensation:
The pay rate for this position ranges from $25 to $29 per hour, depending on experience.
