Job description

Main Street Radon Remediation
Main Street Radon Remediation is a newly established, growth-focused company dedicated to delivering high-quality radon mitigation services with professionalism, consistency, and integrity. Owner already owns 20+ employee HVAC and plumbing company. We are seeking a Senior, highly skilled Radon Operations Manager to help lead the company's growth while remaining actively involved in field operations.
This role is ideal for an experienced professional who wants to help build a company the right way, with long-term stability, strong benefits, and a leadership voice from day one. Our objective to move away from the existing format of using realesate agents, and focus use of existing sister HVAC company to aquire leads as well as normal marketing and proven scaling the plumbing and HVAC industries have used for years.
Schedule
  • Monday through Friday
  • No weekends
  • No on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support daily radon mitigation field operations
  • Perform and oversee complex radon mitigation installations
  • Train, mentor, and develop technicians as the company grows
  • Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania radon regulations and best practices
  • Assist with operational planning, quality control, and process improvement
  • Support business growth through leadership, professionalism, and technical expertise
Qualifications
  • Valid Pennsylvania Radon License (required)
  • 5- years of radon or related field service experience preferred
  • Proven leadership or management experience in the field
  • Clean background check
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
