Job description

Job Title

Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop and support custom integrations with the firm's document management system, iManage Cloud, to ensure data is synchronized from key source systems (Financial System, HR system, Marketing BI platform, etc.).
  • Proactively identify and build processes to rectify data inconsistencies across systems using tools such as SQL, PowerBI, Python, etc.
  • Develop complex reports using tools such as SSRS, Power BI, Cognos, etc.
  • Assist team in driving the strategic technical architecture, software methodologies and processes, technical project management, implementation planning and software maintenance for critical enterprise systems requiring custom software development.
  • Effectively translate business needs, both stated and implied, into workable solutions at all stages of the project process, from envisioning to end product delivery.
  • Ensure continuing operational quality by documenting bug fixes and enhancements.
  • Analyzes discrepancies in system performance and makes recommendations for updates.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining standards and best practices for software development, including but not limited to build, source control, source code, and testing guidelines.
  • Participate on project teams for implementing new systems and enhancing or upgrading existing systems.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Full life cycle software development experience
  • Hands-on development experience with iManage Cloud, iManage Records Management (IRM), iManage Security Policy Manager (SPM) highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of cloud based development technologies such as REST, JSON, Python, XML, etc. required.
  • Development level experience with document management solutions such as iManage, NetDocuments, OPENText, etc. a plus.
  • Programming experience with object oriented languages such as C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, etc.
  • Working knowledge of the intapp suite of products (INTEGRATE, FLOW, etc.) a plus.
  • Must be competent writing complex SQL queries, views, stored procedures, etc.
  • Experience developing complex reports using tools such as SSRS, Power BI, Cognos, etc.
  • Ability to understand high level requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Produce high quality, modular, reusable code that incorporates current best practices.
  • Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data mapping.
  • Strong communication skills, including presentation skills and ability to tailor communications for the intended audience.
  • Strong time management skills with proven ability to multi-task and maintain professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay current with industry best practices, existing and emerging technology platforms, and trends related to architecture and Workflow development.
  • Bachelor or Associates Degree in Computer Information Systems and/or Accounting, Finance, Business Administration.
  • Ability to function at a high level in a fast-paced environment where requirements and projects may change quickly.
