Job description

OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Superintendent for our Data Center Group in Mount Pleasant, WI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support day-to-day field operations for data center construction projects across all trades and scopes
  • Assist with coordination of MEP, structural, architectural, and site work activities
  • Help manage daily work plans, short-interval schedules, and trade sequencing
  • Support site logistics planning, access control, laydown, and material flow management
  • Assist with enforcement of safety programs, site rules, and OSHA compliance
  • Participate in QA/QC inspections, deficiency tracking, and field documentation
  • Support coordination of critical systems installation (power, cooling, fire protection, controls)
  • Assist with subcontractor coordination, workface planning, and productivity tracking
  • Maintain daily reports, field logs, and progress documentation
  • Support commissioning readiness, system turnover, and closeout activities
  • Coordinate inspections with AHJs and owner representatives
  • Support punchlist execution and verification
  • Participate in preconstruction constructability reviews and logistics planning

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of field experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety practices, and field operations
  • Experience working in live environments or active campuses preferred
  • Ability to coordinate multiple trades in high-density, schedule-driven environments
