As a Project Manager II, you will lead fast-track interior renovations and tenant improvement projects in live, operational environments. From preconstruction planning to project closeout, you’ll drive financial performance, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects exceed client expectations. Requirements
Qualifications
- B.S. in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven success managing interior construction or renovation projects in occupied spaces with tight deadlines

- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with clients, architects, and subcontractors
