About Spire Homes

Spire Homes is seeking a motivated, creative, and organized Design & Selections Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in residential home building and interior design who enjoys collaborating with clients, vendors, and field teams to bring high-quality homes to life.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing selections, reviewing plans, coordinating with trade partners, and maintaining project budgets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product selections and design coordination for residential home projects
  • Create and maintain design and style sheets for homes and communities
  • Review construction plans and conduct field walks/job site visits as needed
  • Collaborate with trade partners, vendors, project managers, and field teams
  • Assist in the production of marketing materials and visual presentations
  • Develop and maintain pricing selections that align with project budgets
  • Coordinate vendor meetings and showroom visits
  • Ensure selections and finishes are accurately communicated to all teams
  • Stay current on residential design trends, materials, and products

Qualifications

  • Background in residential home building required
  • Interior design experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must provide a portfolio showcasing previous work and design experience
