OVERVIEW:
The Electrical Superintendent supervises Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices on Data Center Projects. This individual will have full accountability over their assigned projects. They will have extensive experience with Data Center construction and job site supervision for an Electrical Contractor.
Compensation for this position: High paid hourly base wage (dependent on experience) with eligibility for overtime, job site incentives, company vehicle/vehicle allowance, full benefits, and more.
General Responsibilities

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Supervise electrical crews on Data Center projects
  • Travel throughout an assigned region to oversee Data Center projects as needed
  • Communicate and set job site goals
  • Establish long term partnerships with work with General Contractors and Subcontractors on site
  • Engage and help to develop new Encore standards and processes
  • Ordering material, job site planning, scheduling, and man loading
  • Assist Project Manager with project financials
  • Take accountability for safety, quality control, and productivity of all employees
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Active Journeyman Electrician License in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming or a reciprocal state.
  • Willing to travel for work
  • Ten years of progressive electrical leadership experience, with six of those years acting as a Foreman.
  • Five years of working on Data Center Projects in a leadership role.
  • A strong resume of past successful projects as well as good rapport with customers.
  • References from previous projects that can attest to your leadership skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
A functional physical is required to be completed and passed before work can be performed in all field positions. The physical requirements can often be completed repetitively and for extended periods of time. These requirements include:

  • Lifting, floor to waist (up to 50lbs)
  • Lifting, waist to overhead (up to 30lbs each arm)
