Position Summary

TEC Industrial is seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager with Data Center experience to lead large-scale, fast-paced construction projects. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of complex industrial projects-ensuring safe execution, schedule adherence, cost control, and strong client relationships. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in industrial construction and hands-on experience delivering mission-critical/data center projects.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and management for large-scale industrial and data center construction projects

Manage project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics

Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements

Oversee cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow

Manage change orders and contract administration

Coordinate engineering, procurement, and field teams

Serve as primary client contact

Lead project reviews with executive leadership

Ensure successful delivery of mission-critical systems

Drive planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation

Data Center / Mission-Critical Focus

Medium/high-voltage electrical systems

UPS systems, generators, and backup power

Cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH, chilled water)

Control systems and commissioning/startup

Coordinate commissioning teams to ensure reliability and uptime

Qualifications

7+ years industrial construction project management experience

Proven data center or mission-critical project experience

Strong knowledge of mechanical, piping, and electrical systems

Experience with project management tools (Primavera P6, Procore)

Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams

Strong communication and client-facing skills

Bachelor's degree preferred
