Job description

We're looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager (APM) who's ready to take the next step in their construction career. The ideal candidate has hands-on construction experience and a desire to learn how to manage full-scale projects-from budgeting and scheduling to client communication and subcontractor coordination. This role is perfect for someone who's ready to grow into a Project Manager position.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.
  • Track project schedules, budgets, and change orders.
  • Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Review plans, specifications, and project documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Participate in site visits, safety meetings, and quality control inspections.
  • Help with documentation, reporting, and close-out processes.
  • Learn and apply project management systems, processes, and leadership skills.
  • Maintain job sites and material needed to complete jobs
