โ€œAfter starting as a Financial Service Representative in late 2021 it was within a year, I quickly rose to being a Shift Lead. I trained diligently with my Branch Manager and Assistant Manager for two more years until my District Manager approached me with the opportunity to move into a BM position at a new cashless location. Over the course of six months, I was able to study and observe several stores in my district for different views and styles of work, and in December 2024 I successfully opened the new branch in Saint John! With the support of several key people from head office and my DM, I am gracious for the opportunities that have been given to me in my three years here with LendDirect.โ€

โ€œMy nearly decade-long journey with LendDirect has been an incredible experience filled with growth, opportunity, and development. Over the years, Iโ€™ve had the privilege of working in three different provinces, held various positions, which allowed me to adapt to diverse markets, broaden my skill set, and gain a comprehensive understanding of the business. My journey with LendDirect has been defined by continuous learning, embracing challenges, and striving for excellence. Iโ€™m excited to build on this foundation and look forward to what the future holds as I continue my career.โ€
