This role is responsible for managing projects from functional program development through design, implementation, and close-out, while ensuring alignment with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Local and/or airport experience are considered assets but not requirements. (Internal Title: Project Management II) Assist Senior Project Manager (SPM) with portfolio and project management tasks. Manage & oversee small/medium planning exercises in coordination with consultants (under supervision of SPM) to develop project scope and lead feasibility studies.

Assist SPM in managing consultants/engineers/designer/contractor mandates (scope, budget, cost, quality...etc.) Coordinate with internal stakeholders and manage external consultants/contractors accordingly Prepare and develop slide decks and presentations for Vice President meetings with Executive Team Run status update reports for projects and overall portfolio Perform and manage Project Controls (Scheduling, Budget, Cost Control).
