As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in bringing custom homes to life throughout Central Oregon. Serving as the primary point of contact for customers from site evaluation through final home delivery, you will guide projects through site development, permitting, budgeting, vertical construction, and completion.

Working closely with our Sales team, you will help prospective homeowners understand site development requirements, project costs, timelines, and construction considerations before they purchase. Your expertise will help customers make informed decisions and confidently move forward with building their dream home.

This role combines customer consultation, project management, site development expertise, and hands‑on oversight of residential construction from groundbreaking through final home delivery. From evaluating land and coordinating development activities to managing construction progress and delivering completed homes, you will be instrumental in creating an exceptional customer experience.

What You Will Do

Partner with prospective customers and the Sales team to evaluate sites, identify development requirements, establish realistic project budgets, and support informed purchasing decisions

Conduct site evaluations and develop site improvement plans

Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and development plans

Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors, excavators, and utility providers

Assist with permitting and ensure compliance with local, state, and environmental regulations

Manage site development activities, including utility installation and home placement readiness

Coordinate and oversee vertical construction activities, ensuring homes are built safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Adair quality standards

Oversee projects from site development through vertical construction and final home delivery, ensuring quality, budget, schedule, and customer satisfaction expectations are met

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure homes stay on track

Communicate proactively with homeowners and stakeholders throughout the building process

Identify project risks early and implement solutions before they become issues

Support a seamless transition from pre-construction planning through active construction and project completion

What You Will Bring

A customer-focused mindset and a passion for helping others succeed

Ability to build trust with customers and confidently communicate project scope, site development requirements, budgets, and timelines

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or 5+ years of related experience

Experience in residential construction, project management, site development, land development, or a related field

Knowledge of Oregon building codes, permitting processes, and development requirements

Understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, site development, and project coordination

Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with project management software such as MS Project or KOVA

Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills

Bonus points for Bluebeam, plot plan creation, estimating, or custom homebuilding experience
