Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Architectural Designer or early-career Project Architect who is eager to grow within a collaborative, small-office environment.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong architectural foundation who wants to gain hands-on experience across all phases of a project, from design and documentation to field work and client interaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Support architectural design and production (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe)
  • Assist with construction documents and project coordination
  • Participate in submittals and project administration
  • Conduct occasional field work, including site visits and building evaluations
  • Assist with proposals and project documentation
  • Collaborate directly with the team on active projects

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in architecture or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or similar)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe, and Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of building codes and construction processes
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to perform field work (including accessing roofs, crawl spaces, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, small team environment
  • Interest in learning both traditional architecture and building envelope consulting

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Progress toward licensure
