Job Description
The graphic designer will be responsible for the creation of high-quality content for the brands they represent. They will creatively assist with the implementation of quality, result driven ideas that help improve the customer experience while driving website traffic. Control the success of the most badass social media feeds in the industry by using customer photos, in-house lifestyle content & photography, and advanced Adobe Creative Suite knowledge to create scroll stopping & engaging graphics that encourage the customer into our digital advertising purchase funnel. Ability to create industry leading emails, website content designs, and branded product & apparel designs that follow brand tone & ultimately lead to the overall success of the brands they represent.
Requirements
Job Duties
  • Create high-quality, platform specific graphic content that aligns with company branding to help meet monthly division goals.
  • Lifestyle posts on platforms like Instagram & Facebook
  • Advertisement graphics for sponsored posts
  • Use market & platform knowledge to write creative content descriptions that align with the call to action of our graphic content.
  • Continuously stay up to date with market trends to communicate with customers most effectively through our graphic content.
  • Ability to take product photos that showcase our company lifestyle while promoting brand awareness.
  • Prioritize multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs on-time, occasionally within tight deadlines with little assistance from content lead.
  • Ability & willingness to help develop the skills of fellow graphic designers.
  • Accurately track & report graphic metrics daily.
  • Full understanding of all metrics, targets & division goals
  • Ability to PPS with limited assistance from lead
  • Continuously make improvements to the customer experience through graphic design with little assistance.

  • Assist with the development of new brand logos, colors and tone.
  • Help develop brand guidelines, brand tone, & magazine cover posters.

  • Creatively assist in the development/brainstorm the Enthusiast Enterprise Branding/Promotions with little assistance.

Minimum Requirements

  • 1+ year of marketing experience
  • Prior experience in e-commerce, preferred
  • Prior experience with Automotive Photography a plus

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
