- Portfolio of shipped work showing strong visual and interaction design. We're looking for clarity, craft, and business impact - not just conceptual work
- Experience designing thoughtful user journeys and edge cases across multi-step workflows-not just screens
- An exceptional eye for visual design-typography, layout, hierarchy, and polish matter deeply to you
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Webflow
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to articulate design concepts and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
- Experience with design systems, programming, or AI technical tools (optional but valued)
