Job description

Job Summary:

The Recycle Operator assists in the daily operation of water recycling systems by performing routine monitoring, inspections, and basic maintenance. This entry-level position supports system functionality while adhering to safety and environmental regulations. The role requires attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to work under supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor water treatment processes including filtration units, sedimentation basins, and chemical dosing under supervision.
  • Perform daily visual inspections of water recycling facilities and report abnormal conditions to supervisors.
  • Record operational data such as water volumes and system parameters accurately.
  • Assist with minor maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
  • Follow established safety protocols, including proper use of PPE.
  • Support the team in maintaining clean, compliant, and safe work environments.
  • Participate in training programs to develop operational knowledge and skills.

 

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in water treatment, oilfield operations, or a related industrial environment preferred.
  • Basic understanding of water treatment processes is a plus.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely in field conditions.

 

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

 

Certifications/Licenses:

  • Candidate must possess a valid driver's license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle.
