We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their property. This role requires keen observation skills, the ability to respond to incidents effectively, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. The Security Officer will play a crucial role in preventing loss and ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary.
  • Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities.
  • Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Provide first aid and CPR assistance when required, ensuring the well-being of individuals in distress.
  • Document incidents, observations, and any relevant information in detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary during investigations or emergencies.
  • Implement conflict management strategies to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
  • Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying risks and reporting them promptly.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in security, or military service is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
