Rubber Press Operator
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM, with overtime as needed.
Position Summary
The Rubber Press Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring rubber press machines to produce quality parts that meet company and customer specifications while following all safety procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate rubber press machines according to production requirements.
  • Load materials and remove finished products.
  • Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed.
  • Inspect finished parts for quality and document inspection results.
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE.
  • Complete production records and assist with other duties as assigned.
